Preparing Casazón

Cooking:
Thaw completely prior to cooking. Grill until fajita meat reaches 160ºF, as measured by a food thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Turning meat over twice during grilling promotes even cooking. Slice meat diagonally against the grain for the most tender bite.

Freezing:
This packaging is ideal for freezing. For maximum freshness, freeze product on or before the freeze by date. This product has been previously frozen.
